GENERAL TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS.
- Meeting point. I will send you a reminder within 24 hours to the tour. Nevertheless:
- If you stay in Tenerife, it will be at your accommodation.
- If you arrive by cruise, at the meeting point for tour guides, located next to La Marina building, click here to see the location on Google maps.
- Meeting time. It is usually at 08:30 AM. However, I will send you a reminder within 24 hours to the tour.
- Feel Tenerife® reserves the right to change the course of the itineraries due to weather conditions, in cases of force majeure or otherwise due to conditions beyond our control.
- Included | Not included in the price: All the indicated at the section “What ́s included?” and “What ́s not included?”, on the specific data sheet of each tour.
- 15 minutes after the scheduled time of departure at the pick-up point, the absence of participants will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, and deemed sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
- Please, notify Feel Tenerife® in sufficient time of any specific requirements and any particular restrictions such us diets, allergies and mobility issues. Feel Tenerife® absolves itself of any liability in regards to the failure to communicate any of the above cases.
- Pets will not be permitted. However, assistance dogs, which are recognised and trained to accompany, guide, assist, and support individuals with disabilities participating in the tour, will be allowed.
- Feel Tenerife® is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, including theft when the vehicle is parked. Each participant is responsible for their own belongings at all times.
- Read the “Legal Notice” section in order to find out about your rights regarding personal data protection.
- HEALTH SAFETY PROTOCOL REGARDING COVID-19: All our tours have been adapted in compliance with the official protocols established to minimize the hygienic-sanitary risks caused by COVID-19. The use of face mask will be mandatory only in those situations and spaces that require it. Your guide will keep you informed at all times about the measures to follow.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Feel Tenerife® by e-mail (info@feeltenerife.com) specifying your reservation number in the subject line.

- A charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the beginning of the tour.
- A charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the beginning of the tour.
- A charge of 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied for cancellations made between 10 and 3 days before the beginning of the tour.
- A refund of 100% of the total amount of the booking will be made in the event of:
- Cancellations made more than 10 days before the beginning of the tour.
- In cases of force majeure beyond the control of Feel Tenerife® which impede the correct provision of the agreed services (including regulatory changes and / or restrictive measures derived from covid-19).
- Cases of force majeure in which the cruise ship is unable to dock at the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in accordance with the pre-established itinerary.
