GENERAL TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS for “Daily Experiences”.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing to Feel Tenerife® by e-mail (info@feeltenerife.com) specifying your reservation number in the subject line.
  • A 25% charge of the total amount of the booking will be applied for cancellations made between 10 and 3 days before the beginning of the experience.
  • A 50% charge of the total amount of the booking will be applied for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the beginning of the experience.
  • A 100% charge of the total amount of the booking willbe applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the beginning of the experience.
  • A refund of 100% of the total amount of the booking will be made in the event of: cancellations more than 10 days before the beginning of the experience; or in cases of force majeure beyond the control of Feel Tenerife® which impede the correct provision of the agreed services.
  • A change of dates is only possible by request, and provided that places are available in the experience calendar.
  • The duration of the experience will be approximately 8 hours.
  • All experiences are shared. Private / Customised experiences will only be carried out upon payment of the corresponding ”Private Experience” extra charge.
  • The minimum number of participants shall not be less than 2 in order to provide the experience.
  • The maximum possible number of participants in each experience shall be 8.
  • There are different prices depend on the number of participants: A group price applies for cases of up to 4 participants. From the fifth participant an additional charge per person applies, up to a maximum of 8 participants in total.
  • 10 minutes after the scheduled time of departure at the pick-up point, the absence of participants will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, and deemed sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
  • Feel Tenerife® reserves the right to change the course of the itineraries due to weather conditions, in cases of force majeure or otherwise due to conditions beyond our control.
  • Please, notify Feel Tenerife® in sufficient time of any specific requirements and any particular restrictions such us diets, allergies and mobility issues. Feel Tenerife® absolves itself of any liability in regards to the failure to communicate any of the above cases.
  • Included in the price: An accredited, official guide in Spanish, English and German; Minivan transport; Pick-up & drop-off at your accommodation; Accident, rescue and civil liability insurance for the vehicle and passengers;and I.G.I.C. (local Canary Island) taxes.
  • Not included in the price: Lunch and other meals; Entry tickets to museums and other attractions; Gratuities; and Everything else which is not explicitly included.
  • “Gastronomic Experiences” shall be included after paying the corresponding extra charge.
  • If customers have not booked the “Gastronomic Experience” in advance, we accept last-minute reservations paying the appropriate price, if places are available. If this is not the case, they will enjoy free time in an area with complementary services, agreeing to return to the meeting point at the time indicated by and agreed with the guide.
  • Feel Tenerife® is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, including theft when the vehicle is parked. Each participant is responsible for their own belongings at all times.
  • Read the “Legal Notice" section in order to find out about your rights regarding personal data protection.


GENERAL TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS for “Shore Experiences”.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing to Feel Tenerife® by e-mail (info@feeltenerife.com) specifying your reservation number in the subject line.
  • A 25% charge of the total amount of the booking will be applied for cancellations made between 10 and 3 days before the beginning of the experience.
  • A 50% charge of the total amount of the booking will be applied for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the beginning of the experience.
  • A 100% charge of the total amount of the booking will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the beginning of the experience.

A refund of 100% of the total amount of the booking will be made in the event of:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the experience.
  • Cases of force majeure beyond the control of Feel Tenerife® which impedes the correct provision of the agreed services.
  • Cases of force majeure in which the cruise ship is unable to dock at the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in accordance with the pre-established itinerary.
  • A change of dates is only possible by request, and provided that places are available in the experience calendar.
  • The duration of the experience will be approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on the time available in accordance with your ship’s stopover.
  • Meeting time: To be confirmed depending on the arrival of your cruise, however, it will always be 30 minutes after the ship’s scheduled arrival time.
  • Meeting point: Right next to the access ramp to the city centre, where the Port’s Marina building is located. (Look for a building with a pyramid-shaped glass roof.) You can see detailed information about the meeting point by clicking here and printing or saving the map. Do not take the Shuttle Bus; go by foot from the ship to the meeting point following the blue line marked on the ground in the direction of the "City Centre". The walk will take you about 15-20 minutes. Your guide will be waiting for you there.
  • According to the port authority regulations, due to logistical issues, your return to the ship must be by foot or by taking a free shuttle bus which provides a five-minute bus link between the maritime station of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the cruise terminal.


There are three types of bookings:

  • Private group booking, in a private minivan for groups of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people
  • Small shared group booking, in a shared minivan for groups of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people
  • Shared group booking, in a shared minibus of up to 20 people


All experiences are shared. Private / Customised experiences will only be carried out upon payment of the corresponding ”Private Experience” extra charge.

  • Shared experiences will be carried out with other groups who have reserved for the same day, up to a maximum number of participants according to the available seats in each type of vehicle previously specified.
  • For a shared group on a 20-seat minibus, and in the event that there is not a minimum number of 9 participants, the tour will still be possible in a smaller, shared group of 8 people by minivan for an extra charge of 10€ per person.
  • Prices are applicable per person.
