What is a private group?
Perhaps you wish to enjoy your day accompanied by only your fellow colleagues, family or friends. On a private tour this can be guaranteed, upon payment of an extra charge, and we offer you a personal, qualified guide at your disposal. Your guide will pick you up in a private minivan at your accommodation or from your cruise, and you can enjoy a fully private experience. Select this option during the booking process.

What languages are available to enjoy these experiences?
At Feel Tenerife® we speak Spanish, English and German. All experiences are available in all three languages.

Where is the meeting or pick-up point?
At Feel Tenerife® we care about your comfort. This is why:
  • If you are staying on the island: We pick you up at the hotel where you are staying or at an alternative point as close as possible to your accommodation.
  • If you arrive on a cruise: The meeting point is located in the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, right next to the access ramp to the city centre, where the Port’s Marina building is located. (Look for a building with a pyramid-shaped glass roof.) You can see detailed information about the meeting point by clicking here and printing or saving the map. Do not take the Shuttle Bus; go by foot from the ship to the meeting point following the blue line marked on the ground in the direction of the "City Centre". The walk will take you about 15-20 minutes. Your guide will be waiting for you there.’

On which days does Feel Tenerife® operate?
We have experiences every day. Check out availability of individual experiences by clicking on the “BOOKINGS” button.

What happens if I do not receive my booking confirmation mail?
You will receive an email with your booking confirmation immediately after confirming the payment of your reservation. However, should this not be the case, you can contact us and we will resend it. Don’t forget to provide your correct email address on the booking form.

When is the meeting / pick-up time of each tour?
This depends on each itinerary and your accommodation area or cruise. In the relevant data of each itinerary on our website we provide information about the usual meeting or pick-up time. Also, one or two days before your experience, you can call us or write us an email to confirm it should you have any doubts.

Will the experience be cancelled in the case of adverse weather?
Our philosophy is for you to enjoy the island in the best way possible. It is unusual for us to cancel a tour, but we reserve the right to change the itineraries’ route for weather reasons. In this case, we will recommend other itineraries offering a different side to Tenerife. Should this be the case, we will always try to inform you as much in advance as possible about the issue.

How long are the tours?
On the relevant data sheet of each experience you can check the duration. The daily experiences duration is approximately 8 hours. The onshore experiences tend to last around 6 to 8 hours. Please note that for these itineraries we adapt the trip duration to the amount time you have available.

How far in advance should I book?
You can always check for availability up to 24 hours before the experience. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability on the desired date for your experience, especially during the high season (between October and April).

What is the best time of year to visit the island?
The island of Tenerife is one of the lucky Canary Islands and we are fortunate to have a wonderful climate throughout the year. The island enjoys a 22°C annual average temperature. So, any month is good, but do not forget that the island has many microclimates.

Do the tours involve a lot of walking?
We adapt everything to your needs and even during the experiences with more walking, we will keep your physical condition in mind at all times, and we will ensure your comfort.

What clothing and footwear would be most appropriate?
We recommend bringing comfortable shoes and sports clothing that you find comfortable.

Can we bring backpacks, bags or luggage with us?
Concerning luggage, please let us know in advance, as it could cause a major inconvenience. Small bags or backpacks pose no problem, as you can store them in the boot of our minivan.

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
Booking cancellations must be notified in writing via email addressed to our specified email address. Do not forget to take note of our cancellation policy. You can find this in your booking confirmation. The cancellation policy will be applied as relevant in each case.

Can I change the tour itinerary to another if I have already booked?
This will be possible only if there is availability for more participants on that day. In any case, you should contact us via email.

Is the vehicle adapted for wheelchair users?
Our minivan is not adapted, but it does have the capacity to carry a folding wheelchair for people with disabilities. Should you need a vehicle which is specially adapted for wheelchairs it will be possible only as a special request.
